Our service strategy is very much based around personal contact, as not only does this enable us to forge stronger relationships, but it also allows us to develop a much better understanding and appreciation of your risks.
Service delivery is therefore undertaken via a team of Account Directors responsible for different geographical areas of the UK, supported by our London based LAU which provides all necessary administrative support and is managed by Joanne Seaward.
