Kaz is a founding director of RMP and has more than 30 years experience of dealing with public sector claims, risk management and insurance programmes.

He has operated in a variety of account management and general management roles during his career to date.

John Shaftoe                Deputy Managing Director

                        Qualifications:           ACII Chartered Insurance Practitioner

John is one of the founding Directors of RMP and is responsible for operational aspects of the business including service delivery.
 
He has 30 years experience of public sector claims, risk management and insurance programmes. 

Terry Brown
Director: Business Planning & Compliance

Qualifications:           AIIC (Canada) and MIRM

Terry has in excess of 35 years insurance and risk management experience in both the private and the public sectors.

During his career with 2 major international brokers and as an independent consultant, he has been responsible for service and project delivery to a wide variety of national and multinational clients in addition to holding a variety of management roles.

Terry joined RMP in January 2001.
