Roy has more than 20 years experience in the management, design and creation of Public Sector financing solutions. His experience encompasses time spent working for a Public Sector Insurer and a dedicated Public Sector Consultant

Mark Povey
Account Director

Qualifications: Dip CII

Mark has more than 12 years insurance and risk management experience both as a Senior Underwriter for two major Insurers specialising in the Public Sector, and more recently as an Account Director.
Mark also has relationship management responsibilities for one of our key national brokers.

Pam Savill
Account Director

Qualifications:  BComm, FCII, AIRM

Pam has more than 19 years experience of public sector risk management and insurance programmes both from an Insurer and a broker perspective. 

Julian Cummings
Account Director

Julian will be responsible for all aspects of day to day account management. He has 25 years experience of public sector underwriting, claims handling, risk management, broking and insurance programme design, including several years as a Local Authority Risk Management Officer. He will be responsible for responding to day to day administration matters and for delivery of performance indicators.  In addition he would anticipate regular attendance at the Authority to facilitate satisfactory service delivery.
