Philip has more than 20 years experience within the public sector insurance and risk management arena.
His experience encompasses time spent working as a Consultant (12 years) and as an insurer. Specialist areas include risk financing and tender management.

Adrian Bloor
Account Director

Qualifications: B.A. (Hons)

Adrian has in excess of 16 years experience in the Insurance Industry dealing with Public Sector bodies.
Since joining Risk Management Partners in 1999, Adrian has contributed to a number of risk management projects and presented at both National and Regional conferences

Richard Blackwell
Account Director

Rick will be responsible for all aspects of day to day account management.  He has more than 13 years experience of public sector risk management and insurance programmes.  He will be responsible for responding to day to day administration matters and for delivery of performance indicators.  In addition, he would anticipate regular attendance at the Authority to facilitate satisfactory service delivery.

Alex Marr

Qualifications: FCII, FIRM

Alex has more than 35 years insurance and risk management experience with Insurers, Insurance Brokers and Loss Adjusters.
Since 1980 he has specialised in serving Public Sector organisations.

Russell G. Johnstone 
Account Director

Qualifications: AIRM

Russell has more than 25 years insurance and risk management experience both as a Local Authority Risk Manager, and as a public sector consultant with a national broker.
He was twice elected to the ALARM National Council before leaving local government. He also has qualifications in Accounting and Health and Safety.
