As with the insurance element of the RMP offering, both RMP and AIG primarily use GB for claim handling in respect of their public sector activities.
GB are legally contracted to their clients. They have a long term track record in the sector and are able to clearly demonstrate their effectiveness at reducing cost of risk.
The RMP alliance believe that claims information belongs to the client and so this is delivered to RMP clients and their appointed brokers on a “real time” basis, online, via GB’s risxfacs.com thus enabling easy analysis and the evaluation of loss control priorities.
